The Autumn season is approaching us, and as the green leaves from spring and summer fade away into the colorful oranges and reds that we know to be fall's trademark, our team at YouthTalk spends it reflecting on the experiences we've had throughout the year.

Fall is strange, it's right before Winter which holds the New Year, but happens after the flurrying excitement of the first half of our year. What has happened to you this past year that's led you to grow as a person?

Prompt: Write about a moment that changed how you, or a character, saw something. This can be a small moment or a big one. Maybe it's realizing a friend isn't who you thought they were, seeing your hometown differently after being away, or a character in a story finally understanding something they'd been missing the whole time. However you interpret it, we want to see that turning point and what it changed!
